I purchased a 2016 AWD Honda CRV from Shain in May, 2023. Shain is fantastic to deal with. He’s very knowledgable and eager to iron out any issues and please his customer. I thought I’d drive it for a while to make sure all was good. I’ve had it now for a year and a half and I absolutely love it. It drives beautifully and has been a solid and reliable car. The price was at least 30% less than anywhere in Kelowna where I live. I am very, very happy. I highly recommend QS Auto and Shain.

I purchased a 2008 Honda Crv from Shain Qani. I’m extremely happy with the service that was provided. They said on their website No pressures sales and they meant it. I valued the moral base they carry, new tires , finely detailed, out standing customers service. I did run into an issue with the CRV 2 weeks after purchasing ~ due to it having low km , had been sitting for quite some time. As expected for its age. They were incredibly professional , eased my concerns. Shain went above and beyond and covered the cost of repairs almost immediately. I have never had a better experience with a car dealership. All jokes aside red panda approved… so disregard the angered panda picture.

Best dealership I've ever been to! I went there to look at a 2012 Honda Civic that I saw on Facebook Marketplace, and their customer service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Shain was easy to talk to and explained the car details very clearly. He was also very honest and told me what needed to be changed and done, which was really nice! I'm super glad to have purchased their 2012 Honda Civic, knowing that it doesn't have any problems and was well taken care of by Shain and the other staff. Update a couple months since purchasing: I have lowered my review from 5 stars to 4 stars to 3 stars. The car I bought had loose seals along the doors. Water was leaking all throughout the front of my car. The right corner of the drivers seat & left corner of the passenger seat was soaked. They picked up my car the next day to clear the drain on the roof. But for a couple months now it’s smelled like horrible MILDEW!!!!!!! And now my entire family refuses to get in the car. My mom with asthma gets asthma attacks. It’s absolutely horrible. I’m absolutely livid even if they’re assisting with ozone cleaning. It’s been incredibly stressful. Update 1 week after posting: Shane has been SO fantastic through the process of this purchase. Their mechanic fixed my windshield fluid pipe within a day. Meanwhile, I was able to use a lender car for the day. He drove my car back to my home & added about $20 of gas in my tank. Unfortunately they discovered the rear rotor has to be replaced since it’s at 50% so I’ll have to take it again to get that done soon. Just got my car on Friday. Thanks for your awesome customer service, Shane! You are SO knowledgeable, informative, and upfront. Arman came to assist with financing. He went a little fast for me but he was more than happy to explain when I needed explanation. Hopefully I didn’t shoot myself in the foot by going with their suggested Lubrico Warranty. I was going to give 4 stars for the broken pipe for the windshield wiper fluid but they’ll be fixing it. Hopefully they can accommodate by driving out to me to fix it rather than me needing to drive all the way back to Surrey - which I’d really rather not do. It makes me wonder though… was the car really inspected?? If so, wouldn’t that pipe been noticed??? Gas was only filled about 1/4 of the way & no fluid was put in. If it wasn’t for me asking for the fluid, I would’ve driven off without knowing there was a pinhole leak. With an in-house 3 month warranty, I am very worried… so will update again.

Shane is very honest and accommodating. We purchased a rebuilt Mazda from them that needed a couple of minor repairs and a rearview camera. They fixed everything at no extra cost and in just a couple of hours. The whole process of buying and documentation was easy and straightforward. I highly recommend this place for buying a used car.
